Terms and Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Withdrawal Period: The time frame in which the consumer may exercise their right to cancel the contract.

Consumer: A natural person acting outside the scope of a business or profession, who enters into a distance contract.

Day: Calendar day.

Duration Contract: A distance contract involving a series of products and/or services delivered or purchased over time.

Durable Medium: Any tool that allows the consumer or entrepreneur to store information personally addressed to them, accessible for future reference unchanged.

Right of Withdrawal: The consumer’s right to cancel a distance contract within the withdrawal period.

Entrepreneur: The natural or legal person offering products and/or services at a distance to consumers.

Distance Contract: A contract concluded as part of a system organized by the entrepreneur for distance selling, using one or more means of distance communication.

Means of Distance Communication: Means used to conclude a contract without the consumer and entrepreneur being physically present together.

General Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions.
Article 2 – Identity of the Entrepreneur
Information about the entrepreneur will be provided upon request.
Article 3 – Applicability

These terms apply to all offers and distance contracts between entrepreneur and consumer.

The terms will be made available before concluding the contract.

If not reasonably possible to provide beforehand, consumers will be informed where to review them and can request a copy free of charge.

If the contract is concluded electronically, terms will be provided in electronic form, allowing storage.

In case of conflicting provisions, the most consumer-friendly clause applies.

Invalid provisions will be replaced by valid ones closely matching the original intent.

Uncovered situations will be handled in the spirit of these terms.
Article 4 – The Offer

Offers are non-binding unless explicitly stated.

Offers contain a complete and accurate description of products/services.

Images and descriptions are indicative only.

Prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees.

Delivery, payment, and withdrawal conditions will be clearly communicated.
Article 5 – The Contract

A contract is formed when the consumer accepts the offer under stated conditions.

Confirmation of acceptance will be sent electronically without delay.

Secure electronic data transfer and payment procedures are used.
-
The entrepreneur may verify payment capability and refuse or condition orders accordingly.

Contact details, withdrawal rights, warranty, and termination terms will be provided.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have 14 calendar days from the day after receipt to withdraw.

Products should be returned in original condition and packaging.
-
Notification of withdrawal must be made within 14 days, with the product returned within 14 days after.

Non-compliance results in a binding purchase.
Article 7 – Prices
-
Prices are fixed during the stated offer period except for changes due to taxes or legal changes.

Consumers are responsible for import duties, customs fees, and taxes.

Printing errors do not obligate the entrepreneur to honor incorrect prices.
Article 8 – Conformity and Warranty

Products meet agreed standards and legal requirements.

Manufacturer warranties apply in addition to legal rights.

Complaints must be reported within 14 days after delivery.

Warranty is void if products are mishandled, altered, or repaired improperly.
Article 9 – Delivery and Execution

Delivery is made to the consumer’s provided address.

Delivery occurs within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.

Consumers will be informed of delays or unavailability and may cancel without cost.

Risk passes to the consumer upon delivery.

Replacements will be clearly identified; return shipping costs are borne by the entrepreneur.
Article 10 – Duration Contracts: Term, Termination, and Renewal

Indefinite contracts may be terminated with one month’s notice.

Fixed-term contracts are not automatically renewed unless stated.

After one year, consumers may terminate with one month’s notice unless otherwise reasonable.
Article 11 – Payment

Payment is due within 7 days after withdrawal period starts.

Consumers must promptly report incorrect payment details.
-
Late payment fees may be charged.
Article 12 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of discovery.

Acknowledgment of complaints will occur within 14 days.

Unresolved disputes may be submitted to dispute resolution bodies.
Article 13 – Disputes
-
Canadian and United Kingdom law applies.
-
Disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of the consumer’s province.
