Returns
At this time, we do not accept returns on items.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please email proof/images of the defective product to orders@lylaandrose.com

Blankets Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on blankets. Due to the item being MADE TO ORDER.

Clothes Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on custom clothes, due to the item being personalized.

We do offer exchanges on non-custom clothes after 7 days of receiving your items if the items do not fit or defective.

Please email proof/images of the defective product to orders@lylaandrose.com. Items must its original condition (unused, all hang tags attached, all parts/accessories included, and packaged just like new) for an exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item for an exchange.

Once we received the item and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and ship out the exchange/replacement item with tracking.

Blankets Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on blankets. Due to the item being MADE TO ORDER.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on accessories, or sale items.

Refunds ?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
