I received a faulty or incorrect item, what do I do?

We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. Please email us at orders@lylaandrose.com with your order number and photos of the item indicating the defect or item received.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order it is not possible to amend any details, as we will have already started processing your order. Email us at orders@lylaandrose.com.
 

Are the items always in-stock?

All of our items are MADE TO ORDER. We make the item and process it in the order that the orders come in.

Will you be restocking an item that I am interested in?

We will do our best to restock items that are in demand.
